Terms and Conditions

1. The "Pure Evoke" cashback promotion is carried out by Pure Ltd. (hereinafter "Pure")(Promoter). Fulfilment, customer service, and customer communication are provided by Inspire GBR Ltd., Victoria House, 19-21 Ack Lane East, Bramhall, Cheshire, SK7 2BE, United Kingdom (hereafter “Inspire”) on behalf of the Promoter. 

2. Only customers who purchase a promotional product (Pure Evoke Spot, Evoke Play, Evoke Home) from a participating retailer within the promotional period 01.05.2022 – 30.06.2022 are eligible for participation. Except for the retailer M-electronics/Migros in Switzerland, the promotion will exclusively run from 21.06.2022 to 21.08.2022. At the time of participation, the participant must have reached the age of 18. The participant must keep a copy of the receipt as proof of purchase and take a picture of the product. 

3. This promotional offer is only open to a person who is resident in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Australia, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

4. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter Pure/ ATS GmbH, its agents, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the promotion.

5. Only the purchaser of the promotional product who successfully passed the verification procedure on www.pure-bonus.com (“Participant”), can take part and becomes eligible for participation in this promotion.

6. The promotional offer is valid only in respect of the Promotional Products distributed by the Promoter and purchased in-store or online (“The Qualifying Purchase”).

7. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter offers a prepaid credit card to anyone eligible who purchases a Promotional Product (a participating Pure Evoke speaker) during the promotional period from 01.05.2022 to 30.06.2022, except from the retailer M-electronics/Migros which will run from the 21.06.2022 to the 21.08.2022.

8. The Participant will not be entitled to claim the promotional offer if the purchased products are returned.

9. All claims must be completed at the latest 45 days from the purchase date. The Customers can start their application 14 days after the product purchase (return period) and 30 days after this period. As an example, participants who bought a promotional product on 01.05.2022 should apply between 15.05.2022 and 13.06.2022.

10. After the qualifying purchase, the Participant shall log onto the campaign website (www.pure-bonus.com), and complete the online application form with name, address, and email address, as well as select their product from a dropdown, enter the purchase date, and upload a clear picture of the product. In the next step, the customer uploads the purchase receipt/invoice showing the purchase date product description, receipt number, and retailer.

11. Upon receipt of the participant’s application, Inspire within 7 calendar days will validate the applicants’ data according to the qualifying requirements; and if successful, email the participant a confirmation email. The Organiser will send the prepaid credit card to the given email address within fourteen (14) days from registration.

12. Only one participation per customer. Only one (1) prepaid credit card can be redeemed per person and household.

13. Pure and Inspire do not accept liability for Force majeure In the event of, earthquake, storm, flood, fire, or other acts of nature, COVID, SARS, and other epidemics, war, riot, acts of terrorism, public disturbance, strike or lockouts, government actions or other events beyond the control of the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.

14. No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer.

15. The offer received is personal and non-transferable. The promotional offer cannot be requested or made for by third parties and/or using the name of the Participant.

16. Pure and Inspire reserve the right to request a proof of purchase/sales receipt in original from the Participant. Pure and Inspire reserve the right to verify all claims, check the content of all applications and registrations to ensure the Participant’s compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and to refuse to award the offer or withdraw the entitlement of the prepaid credit card where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion entry requirements or otherwise where a Participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the offer or claimed using fraudulent means. 

17. Personal data captured during the promotion shall be processed by applicable data protection laws and regulations. The personal data is held and processed solely by Inspire. The personal data shall be processed for the execution of this promotion. No personal data shall be passed to third parties except where these are required for other promotion fulfilment purposes or where official rights to include participants in the newsletter distribution list were granted. 

18. Pure and Inspire shall not accept any responsibility for claims lost and delayed or for those claims not received by the application cut-off date. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that correct details are provided for claims to be processed.

19. By participating in this promotion, the Participant shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

20. All written correspondence shall be sent to the addresses as shown on the campaign website www.pure-bonus.com. Participants who have queries or complaints about the promotion may contact Inspire at the corresponding address, or email the Organizer using the contact details on the campaign website www.pure-bonus.com. Complaints regarding the course of the Promotion and the reward may be submitted in writing within 14 days from the cause of the complaint. Only the Participants of the Promotion may submit a complaint regarding the course of the Promotion. Queries can be sent to Inspire in German, English, or French, and answers will also be given in German, English, and French.

21. Participants acknowledge and accept that failure to comply with the provision of the documentation and information by the terms and conditions of this agreement will cause the Participant to lose the right to receive the prepaid credit card without liability incurred by the seller and the Promoter.
