HOW DO I CLAIM MY CASHBACK?
1. Purchase a new Pure Evoke Home, Spot, or Play speaker during the promotional period from 01.05.2022 to 30.06.2022 (except the retailer M-electronics/ Migros from the 21.06.2022 - 21-08.2022) in-store purchases or online.
2. Enter the promo website on www.pure-bonus.com and fill out the application form at the earliest 14 days after the purchase date, but no later than 45 after your purchase (14 days return period + 30 days) with your contact details, select your purchased product from the dropdown, enter your date of purchase and upload a picture of your product as well as your proof of purchase (invoice).
3. You will receive a confirmation email if your application was successful within a maximum period of seven (7) days.
4. If your application was successful, you will receive your cashback through a prepaid virtual credit card that will be sent to you via email within 2 weeks to your registered email address.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS?
The products can be purchased at partner retailers in-store and online in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Italy, Australia, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Other retailers and online shops, particularly products purchased from third-party portals, are excluded from the promotion.
WHICH PRODUCTS TAKE PART IN THE PROMOTION?
The promotion applies exclusively to the new Pure Evoke Home, Spot, or Play speakers other Pure products are not eligible.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO APPLY?
The redemption period is 14 days after the purchase date, and no later than 45 days after your purchase (14 days return period + 30 days). Example: If you bought the product on 01.05.2022, you can apply earliest on the 15.05.2022 and latest the 14.06.2022.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PREPAID CREDIT CARD?
The virtual credit card will be sent to you by email to your registered email address within 2 weeks after your application has been successfully validated.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT, IS IT POSSIBLE?
Yes, an exchange of goods is possible if the goods are exchanged for a promotional product during the promotional period. Please send us your new invoice by email. If the goods are returned and/or exchanged outside of this period, there is no qualifying purchase, therefore no entitlement to the promotional offer.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY MORE THAN ONCE?
Each application is limited to a single use. Only one virtual prepaid credit card can be claimed per person and household.
CAN I GIVE A PREPAID CREDIT CARD TO A FRIEND OR PARTNER?
No. The reward is personal and non-transferable. The virtual prepaid credit card cannot be requested by third parties.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY OFFER FOR THE VALUE OF THE PREPAID CREDIT CARD IN CASH?
No cash alternative will be offered in exchange for the promotional offer. Promotional offers have no monetary value.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE AWARE OF WHEN UPLOADING MY INVOICE?
All relevant elements such as the name of the retailer, promotional product, receipt amount, and purchase date must be visible on the uploaded invoice. Each upload represents a claim. Repeated use of invoices leads to exclusion from the promotion.
The following formats are accepted: jpg, .png, .pdf with a maximum file size of 10 MB. If the invoice is incomplete or illegible, or if the purchased promotional product is incorrect, the entire claim is invalid. Each invoice can only be used once.
